As President and Chief Technology Officer, Randy oversees the technological vision and network management strategies for EMS.  He constantly evaluates new technologies to determine how they apply to customers’ needs.  Randy prides himself on the trust and confidence his clients put in him to take care of the critical data that keeps their businesses up and running.  After more than 25 years in business, he is excited and grateful to say that the majority of clients that started with him are EMS clients today!  Customer loyalty and satisfaction are his top priorities.

 

Michael Pritchard

Senior Systems Administrator

 

Michael has been in the industry for over 25 years. His knowledge extends to a wide range of technologies including: network and server administration, desktop support, and web development. His expertise as well as patience makes him an asset to our team. Michael takes the time to understand clients’ questions no matter how small and makes sure each client feels like they are the only one in the room. Prior to working with Engineered Management Solutions, Michael held positions as Web Developer, Computer Lab Manager and Computer Support Specialist. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology.
